At the same time, I think the main advantage as a solo dev is that having a process in place through reviews forcing you to not cut corners. That’s where the main value is in my opinion.
A code review platform actually does sound really interesting. I’m not aware of anything with that primary purpose.

In my opinion, having to show someone else your code and get some feedback about it forces you to be better.
